En la sombra del alma- La Depresión
En la sombra del alma, un velo oscuro se cierne, La depresión susurra, sus garras se adhieren. Un abismo profundo, donde el sol se oculta, El corazón afligido, la esperanza se oculta. Las lágrimas silenciosas, un río interminable, La tristeza ahoga, un dolor insoportable. Los días se desvanecen en tonos grises, La sonrisa se desvanece, las heridas se frisan. En el laberinto del dolor, se pierde el sentido, Un mundo sin color, donde todo está perdido. El corazón yace pesado, como plomo en el pecho, El alma cansada, un eco lejano y deshecho. Pero en esta oscuridad, hay una luz diminuta, Un destello de esperanza, aunque débil y minúscula. Un lazo de apoyo, un abrazo que sana, Una mano extendida, que a la vida reclama. En el camino de sanación, se empieza a caminar, Con lágrimas de valentía, el alma a sanar. Pequeños pasos adelante, lento pero seguro, Se abren puertas de luz, al futuro más puro. Y poco a poco, se desvanece la tormenta, La depresión se aleja, la paz se incrementa. En el refugio del amor, se encuentra consuelo, La esperanza florece, como un dulce anhelo. Recuerda que no estás solo, hay manos que te sostienen, La depresión puede ser vencida, con fuerza y fe que empeñan. Así que, en la batalla contra este oscuro malestar, Encuentra tu luz interior, y vuelve a brillar. La depresión no define quién eres, ni tu valía, Eres más fuerte que esta sombra que te desafía. Con amor y comprensión, abrazando tu ser, Renacerás con fuerza, y volverás a florecer.

Underneath the stars, we find our way,
A love so pure, it knows no end,
With each passing day, my heart does say,
You are my lover, my confidant, my friend.
